    Hi Pantz

Have you checked drive I ? How much free space is available on I within the folder My Backups ? Can you create a text file in the folder?

Does the log give more details?

Makes sense as that is what Macrium was telling us (not writable)

Is this the whole drive or just that My Backup folder ?

Two things to try - disconnect the drive via safely remove hardware & plug it back in again & turn off Image Guardian then turning it on again.
I’ve had the same problem after a MR update & it was Image Guardian that caused the error.

When you open Macrium click on the "Other Task" tabs. Last one in drop down menu.

Image Guard prevents unauthorized programs from altering backups. A trick of ransomware is to encrypt your files and your backup. If it can't alter backup file it can't encrypt.
