If last Macrium incremental file is deleted, creating a new incremental on same full, will work with existing full & incrementals properly?
I just want to delete the last incremental, replacing it with a new one.

I think that may depend on what operational changes you have made since the last backup. To be safe and ensure you don't loose any data. Personally, I would create a new Full image, or don't delete the last incremental and let MR continue with scheduled imcrementals. I'm sure other more experienced members here can give you a definite Yes/NO answer.

To add one note....
There's nothing wrong (space allowing), in doing what Stich said, and making a full image. You could go back after the full image and delete that incremental, if you choose to. You'd still have the incremental in case something (RARE!!!) would happen while making the full. Then deleting the incremental would only remove that time-point in the backups. Only thing you can't do is delete an incremental that would break the chain.

Using Macrium instead of System Restore which cannot work here, I've realized how easy and flexible Macrium can be.
