Messed up system after macrium restore

I restored a macrium image but system is not what it shoud be, I have the "restore" partition (win 8.1) mapped as "D" drive and what used to be "D" drive is now "F".

Any Idea? is it possible to fix this? Thanks!

Try this fix by DaveM121 over on the MS forum:
It is the recovery drive, you are not meant to see it, it is not meant to have a drive letter, remove the drive letter and everything will return to normal:
    Click your Start Button,
    type cmd,
then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'
Run this command and hit Enter
    diskpart
Run this command and hit Enter
    select volume D
Run this command and hit Enter
    remove letter=D
Close Command Prompt and the problem will be resolved . . .

Then change the F drive letter to D via disk management.
