Adding Restore Backup/Restore Ownership to Windows context menu?

I followed this tutorial to add the take ownership option to my windows 10 context menu, and I have worked with restoring ownership to certain folders using the icacls command, but if I can add take ownership to the context menu, can't I do the same with the icacls command, with 2 options to backup file permissions and save to a different location, and restore said permissions when I want? (if possible at all)

I haven't done anything like this, so if anyone is willing to help, thank you, if not, then I understand

Ok, I downloaded this program, opened it, and it gave me one of those "an error happened, but you can try to run it anyway" boxes; attachment has error output

If im missing anything that might impact this program, then I want to get/fix that so it will run smooth; or am I good to go?

This Reset Permissions thing, it sounds like its what I need, but I want to get clarification on it.

Example: I go into C:\Windows\System32 and examine the imageres.dll file for its advanced security settings; owner is TrustedInstaller, TrustedInstaller has full control over it while all other(s) are only given read & execute permissions. I then use Take Ownership on it, giving me full access to do what I want to it. I then use the reset permissions command on the dll file.

Will this restore said file to what it was before? With TrustedInstaller as owner, TrustedInstaller having full control over it, and all other users only having read & execute access, or will this eliminate all users from its advanced security settings, forcing me to re-assign everything to what it was?
