Have a mini usb in one for wireless mouse, don't want to mess with it, but they're both 3.0 anyway.

Macrium shows all the non-removable drives as ready to be backed up, this included external usb HDDs as they are seen as non-removable media. You may have missed the fact that ImLost is using a usb memory stick, these are seen by Windows as removable media, so won't appear on the disk image page..

Your #72 says check 70, which says to do 60. I did 60 in my 66. Couldn't get it to show in my 73, but it was same as in my 66 (..?..).

That explains why, I suppose ImLost can stop worrying about this issue then.

    Thanks Bree

Would this help? @ImLost, connect your USB flash drive. Do not open Macrium Reflect.
Left click on file explorer folder in the taskbar.

In the left side of the screen, right-click your USB drive.
    Left click on Properties
You should see a screen like this.

Create a screenshot and post it please.

This thread definitely has too many cooks spoiling the broth.

It is clear from the replies here, some people here do not understand how removable drives work in Macrium Reflect.

Firstly and Most Importantly - when you open the default screen (backup), usb flash drives (and SD cards) ARE NOT SHOWN as you can only backup fixed drives, not removable drives.

A usb hard drive does show up and can be backed up as it is seen as a fixed disk, not removable drive.

I currently have a usb flash drive and a usb hard drive plugged in - I see the hard drive, not the flash drive.

Removable drives only appear when you select an internal drive to backup to, then you choose a target drive.

Equally, removable drives always appear on the restore tab - note you often need to scroll down to see them.

In summary a usb flash drive only appears on screens that can use it.
