Need to see disk management to see if you did, in fact, wipe the hard drive clean and get a clean install of Windows 10 - or if there are extra partitions from not wiping the hard drive completely first.

Still having problems with booting anything from usb

Sorry, how can you have done a clean install without booting from a Win 10 bootable medium?
Please confirm you did that.

I cant boot from USB BUT I CAN boot from CD or DVD
