    You have deleted what?

Did you attempt to run Windows Disk Cleanup?

After you do that, first step might be to download and install an application like Treesize Free that will tell you what is taking up space.

I have deleted approximately 10 gb data from C:// Drive. that was located into my computer.
also ran DISKCleanUP and Defragment but still showing 100 mb free space only.

Please take a screenshot of what you are seeing that is showing only 100 mb free, and post that picture here. Thanks.
