Though it has never happened but out of curiosity, I want to know, while restoring macrium image, when we delete System Reserved and OS partition and then drop the backup image at that place and if image fail to restore, and we already deleted the System Reserved and OS partition, where will we stand now.
Hopefully, you'll have more than one.

“we already deleted the System Reserved and OS partition”
--- I've never deleted the OS partition.
--- Can someone please explain to me the value of doing so?

There is a setting which is not set by default but you can turn it on if you wish
--- "Default verify image or backup file creation settings"
I have that turned on because I want Macrium to report it has done so.
--- Although I don’t do this anymore, at first I would at least verify that the MR restore disc or USB would boot into the MR recovery environment.

I had Macrium Reflect fail once restoring from a bad hard drive. Otherwise it has never failed me even after messing up my computer so bad it would not even boot up.
