Is Macrium CBT useful on an NVMe SSD drive

How useful is the Changed Block Tracker feature/driver of MReflect on a PC with an SSD drive (specifically PCIe NVME).

From my understanding, the CBT driver speeds up the backup process by tracking of new files added since the last backup? Personally I create only differential images (to pair with my Full-Image).

In Macrium's words, the CBT feature...
reduces the amount of time it takes to perform incremental and differential images by monitoring the changes to an NTFS formatted volume in real-time. This is especially relevant when a file system contains very large files, such as virtual hard disk (VHD) files, where speed improvements are significant and can reduce the Incremental image time from hours to minutes or even seconds.

Didn't think my question was that difficult to comprehend or answer. Guess I will check the Macrium forums to see if one of the members can guide me in the right direction...

Give people a chance to reply! We are a global community on whole time zone spectrum.

Simple answer- CBT is pointless for an average consumer pc. CBT only works in the current session i.e. if you reboot, CBT is reset.

It is designed for (primarily) corporate servers systems that run 24/7 without rebooting.
