Did this pop up automatically at the time you expected a backup to start? Or did you do it just to get a screenshot? I was looking for exactly what you were seeing when you expected a backup to start and run.

First step would be to click on "image this disk" just below it.

Notice that there are checkmarks in all 3 of the partitions shown for that first disk.

That will take you to the next screen and you can post a screen shot of that if you want. There is a total of 4 or 5 different screens.

Ron is way, way past creating a backup definition. This appears to be a different issue.

Ron....you said the activity light was on. Research into a scheduled backup tells me you will get a 10 second pop-up window before it starts. Then that goes away. Then a completion message. No ongoing play-by-play of the backup. You've done this many times before. Isn't this what it would normally do?

This is why I asked you if you would be kind enough to send me the instructions on how to set up a manual back up if It wont be to much trouble for you. I have caused enough already.
