Good morning/afternoon, Ron! When you climb back out of your cubby hole, you are almost there! Take a look at this and try. Any questions, ask. Don't trip over the vacuum.......

Ah! lot of dust flying about and one or two headache pills on the floor.... I got into it another way which I have shown in the attached. Could be that the American Windows Ten is different than the UK one, doesn't matter but it does cause difficulties for me when trying to carry out my tutors instructions.....

No, Win 10 UK and US are the same except for language packs and such. You got in just the way I said to. No difference. You clicked on USERS, found your username, USER, and clicked on it. Voila!

So, can I assume if I want to retrieve a document I use the same procedure, select the doc I want and print a copy then if I amend it, scan the amendment and just store it in my comp and it will be updated when the next backup takes place?

You said yesterday the Verifying process is a long one and as I said, I don't want to monopolise your valuable time as I am sure there are others who need your help too, but would it be possible for you to show me how it is carried out, without too much trouble for you please?

    First question...

Yes, you can copy any document or file you want, or print it. You cannot update the document or file that is currently in the backup image, only copy or print it. If you then store it on your computer somewhere, it will be included in the next backup. The next backup does not replace the current backup. A new one is made. I believe Macrium Support set you up to keep 3 full backups. After the third one, the next (4th) will replace the oldest backup image you have. So forth and so on. Clear?
