    MAMC, I talked to the shop owner and he recommended a 2T SSD bearing in mind the amount I have on my machine. He says he will do the job, transferring all my data from my existing HD to the SSD. I will do the swop in the middle of August while things are a little more quiet.
    Cheers,

    @RonBin79

    What you posted was the Disk Management screenshot. What I wanted to see was the contents of the Macrium Backup folder on your WD drive. Just go to the drive, open the folder, and take a pic. Post that.

    An example from my machine:

    Your Drive and Folder names will be different. Only an example.

    I'm just curious as to the size. That's all. Not crucial at all.

    Ron, I'm sorry, but that is not it. That is a screenshot of your Disk Management. I would like to see the folder data on your WD drive that contains the Macrium backup image you made.

    Connect your WD drive to the computer..... then

    1) go to My PC
    2) Click on the WD drive to open it
    3) Click on the folder name that appears there
    4) That should show the image(s) you made with Macrium
    5) Take a screenshot of that
    6) Post that picture

    Let's back up just a little. Is your WD external drive attached?
