    I know the first lot could be connected to the C drive but not sure about the duplicates at the bottom?

    Go onto Device Manager. Click on the top VIEW, and select Show hidden devices. Scroll down and Expand the section "Portable Devices". Post a pic, please.

    These are the same drive letters that showed on you Disk Management with no device attached.

    Can anyone help me with some info about a WD Elements please?-2018-07-10_16h10_18.png

    If I remember, these are the Macrium images that you mounted to look at, and never dismounted correctly, a while back...days ago. They are stuck in limbo. Uninstall them.

    Then Check your Displays. The one you posted of My PC and Disk Management.

    Yes. Just like I posted. You are not deleting them, you are uninstalling them. In Device Manager. Like the pic I posted from your pic.
