    Cannot open a new folder anywhere else but in the Folders section, nowhere in the Devices and Drivers

    No....you're not trying to OPEN a folder, I want you to CREATE one. Read the last post again. Go into the WD drive, it should be empty. That is where you will create the folder.

    Ron, I don't know if you are using single-click or double-click, but when I say "click", I mean the left click, single or double, whatever you use.

    I saw what you said about all the orphan USB drives, that can be fixed. Should get back to the Macrium. It's almost your dinner time, and almost time for MS Monthly Updates, so how about we let all this take a short rest and get back to it in 2-3 hours, or whenever you are ready.
