Ok... I'm going to post some pics and instructions for getting the WD drive all put back together. Please read all of it, and and ask any questions you may have. I'm putting it together now....

Go to My PC, right click the drive pointed to, it's your WD drive.

You will get a screen like this. Ignore all the other stuff, it's from my machine. Click "Format".

You'll get a screen like this. Important....please read carefully and follow posted instructions.

Leave the red part alone, accept what is there.

Type whatever name you would like in the yellow box, anything. Don't make it too long. Just something that you will recognize at a glance.

After you have clicked "Start", the last step on this one, you will be prompted to continue. Go ahead. It won't take long. Just moments.

When done, the drive should appear in My PC, with the name you gave it, and as "D:" drive, and be totally empty.

Post whatever screenshots you wish, My PC and Disk Management would be nice.

Any questions? Ask before you start, please.

That is correct. Just type the name you want and proceed.

You now have your WD drive back, empty, clean, and named what you want. I assume it all shows up correct in My PC and Disk Management?

If you go into it (click it) it should be empty.

While in there, right-click anywhere on the blank space. You'll get this. Click "New". Click "Folder" and name it something you like for the Macrium Backups to be stored in.
