Restore/Reset System to defaults

Hi,

I bought a laptop Dell Inspiron 15 5000 5577 model 3 months ago. This was meant to be a temporary machine, as I was waiting for my primary laptop machine to be back from the service.

Now Im not using this machine at all and I want to sell it. And for obvious reasons I need to restore/reset the system to forget all personal data and make it as default as possible. Clean all the registry.... and so on, and so on...

But because it didnt come with windows cd/dvd makes it harder, right? This means its OEM version?

How can I do that?

Im not sure if it has a recovery partition.... Have to check it.

Thanks for the tutorial. Hope it helps :) Because I was afraid that there was some change in how MS licence Windows, like bound to a specific person or sth, not the cpu (because I think it was like that years ago)

For reference: Windows 10 iso's are freely downloadable so yo can create a bootable Win 10 medium whenever you want. Details in the extensive tutorial section e.g.

Remember to wipe the free space on your disk.

Actually there was some recovery partition because managed to reset the system without iso :) I takes some time to completely remove everything but at least the laptop will be ready to ship it tomorrow :)
