Macrium not letting me fix boot - 1803 update

Hi. zbook told me to post here about the problems I've had since the 1803 update. I haven't been able to boot into Windows since and the PC gets stuck in a restart loop. I have Windows installed on my 248gb Sandisk Ultra II SSD (C:\), and two 1TB HDDs (D:\ and E:\ respectively) for storage.

I've created macrium USB rescue media, but I can't work out how to fix the boot problems. I tried following this guide: Fix Boot Problems

When I click "Fix Windows Boot Problems", then click Add and type in "C:\Windows" it shows the C:\ partition as one of my 1TB HDDs (see below image). Furthermore, in the main screen the SSD is greyed-out and I can't select it or seem to do anything to it, and it says "File system: Empty" and says it has 248gb free space. Please see the below images as I'm just trying to explain what's in them.

So if possible I'd like to fix this issue, otherwise I don't mind reinstalling windows on the SSD - which I couldn't get to work with the bootable windows installation media, as that too wouldn't show up my SSD when I tried to install it.

Just wondering if it has something to do with whether your SSD has GPT or MBR partition type.

Up to post #5, you still had your Windows OS (C Drive) then after that, I don't know what you were told to do, I am overwhelmed of the amount of instructions given to you and now based on the screen shot, your C drive is completely wiped out and perhaps it became RAW. On your other disks (Disk 2 and disk 3), you'd see your disk types are both MBR. Your C drive (disk 1) is now unreadable, neither GPT nor MBR. hence Macrium cannot find your Windows OS. Since your C drive became unreadable, Macrium shows your D drive as C and E drive as D.

At this point, you can use some partition manager software to recover the lost partition. However, IMO, it's best to re-install Windows from scratch since you have your data saved in OneDrive.

All right so I disconnected the hard drives, created new installation media and tried to clean install but yeah it's not showing up the SSD. The SSD is definitely showing up in the BIOS though. Also @Clintgm in the BIOS the drivers are set to AHCI (I've manually done this before). I never used RAID for my hard drives but it sounds like a good idea because I do use the hard drives to store media files as a Plex server, but obviously first I just want to get the OS working right?

So should I use a partition manager to create a new partition? Or how do I get windows to register the SSD?

Was almost getting somewhere... I don't get this error though, I have it set to AHCI, I just double-checked

I reset the BIOS, changed it back to AHCI again, and changed boot order so the SSD is number 1, and removable device is number 2. It's currently installing... :)
