Macrium not letting me fix boot - 1803 update

Nice to see progress.
The other option to consider is the BIOS setting and the drive partitioning.
Prior to the boot problem the BIOS was Legacy and the drive MBR.
UEFI / GPT adds some security and speed.

Yeah, I got it installed in the end. @zbook my motherboard doesn't support UEFI, so I'll keep it as MBR.

I've made a backup using macrium too

a) Health (SMART)
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan
2) Run administrative command prompt: chkdsk /x /r (when prompted type Y to lock the drive and reboot to run the test overnight)

Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
