iDrive allow you to specify your own private encryption key. That's about as private/secure as you can get. No one can access your files without that key - not even you, if you forget it. And they can't help you recover it either, as they don't have access to it in the first place. Also, shared files lose their "zero-knowledge" protection once they're shared, and that's true of any service.
