Thanks it's early and 51 is tough to keep track of :)
Never settle on anything, always get the best and MR is by far the best program of it's type.
I have Acronis free and seldom use it as it's limited in what functions it can perform. If you are are going to spend money on backup software MR is a great investment.
Forget all the reviews in magazines or whatever ... take Macrium Reflect Free.
A long time ago I have been using Acronis.
At one point in time they released a new version and it ruined my system !
One way or the other it seemed it couldn't handle RAID,0 and partitioned non-RAID drives, I don't know.
Acronis support provided me with all kinds of newer builds, but I ended up that entire partitions were gone!
Switched to Macrium - it never let me down.
I use the free version for imaging purposes only.
For backup of files I use SyncBackPro.
