Not true. Blue tooth is a different form of wireless vs a real wireless mouse/keyboard that that communicates on a different band.
    Hi storageman,

But is it still possible to add a bluetooth driver to the PE??

For other guys, stop talking about wireless and logitech. Good for you that you got no problems with that. Lets just focus on bluetooth from now on. Appreciate it.

I tried on my Surface Pro 3 to add a Bluetooth driver to the PE, and the option to do so was not there. Macrium scans your hardware for supported devices, and alerts you if it cannot find a driver for a supported device and gives you the option to manually find and add it yourself. It's important to note that "supported" means what Macrium supports in their software, not what Windows supports.

So the answer, as far as I can tell from trying, is NO...you cannot add a Bluetooth driver to the PE. Apparently Macrium does not support Bluetooth devices. Best I can find.

Ok cool. I'll have to buy a cheap USB corded mouse then. Thanks.

Same here using wireless mouse and keyboard with Macrium - and it works fine.
I am as well a Corsair K63 Wireless KB and Dark Core Wireless Mouse without any problems in Macrium Reflect.

Mine has an option for Bluetooth but I use The 2.4 Ghz Wireless Connection.

    Hi f14tomcat,

Just to be sure, will any corded USB mouse work in PE?

This is what I use https://www.logitech.com/en-us/produ...ll-m570?crid=7

Its connected to a usb 2.0 hub which in turn is connected to a USB 3.0 onboard port. Works in all PE environments. Note it doesn't work in any of the standalone Linux systems (ie Partition Magic bootable system). They require a wired mouse.

@yahanna as far as I know, any wired mouse would work. It's the simplest connection, and uses the generic MS driver. Can't get much more of a bare bones dirt dumb mouse.
