It looks like the program has various names that come up doing a search, but they all point to a system cleaner that makes fake claims about your OS supposedly needing fixing.
Just to be sure, D/L & run Malwarebytes to see if it finds anything & if it does, remove it.This misleading program makes fake claims about files on your PC.
If Malwarebytes doesn't find it that's usually a good sign, but there are always new variants of malware coming out. That doesn't necessarily mean something isn't there just because it didn't find it. Or indeed it could be a false positive.
I'm guessing Defender is the one making this find? The sites say Defender finds it & removes it.
