    Cookies -Malicious & otherwise

On FF I have Click n Clean to clear cookies after visiting a URL. Also it's handy for clearing browsing history.

However, when I take a closer look there are in fact lots of cookies which have not shown up in Click n Clean.
    See attached screenshot.

Without researching everyone of these it's impossible to know which are data miners, malicious, infectious...
This unwanted list can be deleted but returns almost immediately.

Is there a way to keep a system (about to go onto Win 10) clear of unwanted cookies?

The list on left is a list of cookies being blocked, the right side are not.

If there is any of those cookies on left you trust, you can add them to your trusted list on right.

You can't really do that as some Cookies are serving a useful purpose. To be honest you will have a list so large sorting though them is not a task you will want to do regularly.

CCleaner is just guessing what you might like to keep, and bungs those on the right (to keep), or you can move manually as you can see.
I think CCleaner deletes the ones on the left on a Restart.

As you Browse around Websites they will all come back again.

Web Browsers have the facility to block all Cookies from specified Websites, maybe useful for a few sites but again could be tedious task.

The list is just like in your Internet Properties, if you have Delete Browsing History on exit checked it suppose to delete unwanted cookies and keep the ones you visit the most. before you close browser you click on settings, view files, you will see list of cookies from websites you didn't visit, they are cookies from your home page of those news articles and ad's and pages you visited.
Not sure if it works on Edge browser, IE will have a full list.
