SETHC Sticky Keys hack in Win10 (1703) - Has this been fixed?

I m very concerned about the Sticky Keys hack as mentioned on many tech blogs.

Has this exploit been patched in version 1703?

Since my whole OS drive is encrypted with BitLocker, should I be OK and secure from this exploit?

    Thanks

Will Bitlocker be able to prevent this? Even though UEFI settings are locked down, the attacker still have to pull out the drive.

So how would one prevent this exploit?

Out of curiosity I gave this a try. You cannot access the encrypted drive from Windows Setup.

    Code:
This drive is locked by BitLocker Drive Encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control Panel.
