secure boot not working now after fall creator

So a rather peculiar thing i noticed is my secure boot is not on anymore, it's on in the bios but bios says it's in setup mode and disabled, but yet i have it enabled and set on standard in the bios the status of it says that. inside windows system info it says this Secure Boot State Off PCR7 Configuration Binding Not Possible?? what is that it worked in last version off windows 10 but not this one?. how do i fix this posting a pic of my bios secure boot area.

Make sure to enable UEFI firmware mode, Secure Boot feature only works with UEFI firmware mode.

it should have allready been enabled as it was before not sure why it would been turned off system info says BIOS Mode UEFI, and also says this Secure Boot State Off but um its not off so wired, then it says this PCR7 Configuration Binding Not Possible what is that?? then it says this stuff Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not InstantGo, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected, Disabled by policy?? um what the heck it all worked before creator update so what did they change ???

Check to see if there is new BIOS upgrade for your motherboard.

You can revert back to Creators Update from Settings --> Update & Security --> Recovery you can also deferred feature update for 365 days from Settings --> Update & Security --> Windows Update --> Advanced Options.

1)is in your uefi first boot device <windows uefi manager>? If not put it first and try again.
    2) Put uefi mode costum and restart, go into bios put uefi mode in normal and login in windows.
2)If 2 dont fix it, go into bios load uefi defaults and start your machine.
