    Viper not supported

As soon as I installed Windows 10, my Viper Anti-Virus became inoperable. How do I correct that?

Unfortunately, Windows 10 won't even let me open Viper.

Go into Vipre's program folder in File Explorer, point on the program launcher (.exe) you will see the version info (pop-up)
write the version info down. Make a backup of your settings (copy to Desktop). Then uninstall Vipre and reboot the PC
then re-install the same version of Vipre again!

If you don't have a copy of that version, then go to Vipre's web site and dl. it.
That will must properly fix it!

Sorry, I'm computer illiterate. Can't find Viper in the File Explorer . Also haven't figured out how to "copy to desktop" in Windows 10. Windows 7 would let me "drag and drop" most anything I wanted to the desktop. Can't figure out how to uninstall anything in Windows 10 yet.

Just "google" any questions about Win10 or use the Tutorial Search (top line) above.
