    So many new features added making the old interface redundant.

    Best antivirus and antimalware advise is use your head and good old fashioned common sense when you are surfing, I also use Kaspersky Free antivirus and Malwarebytes Premium.
    I've have not had any problems for many years........

    Your above quoted AV,s conflict....you should only run one, in your case Malwarebytes Premium which is a complete paid for AV Suite.

    To check open Control Panel, System and Security, then Security and Maintenance.....click on Security, under Virus Protection it should advise.
