The reg link that FreeBooter gave must have done the job.All looking good now.

Not quite the latest, there was an out of band cumulative update to 15063.632 on Sept,. 25th.
Cumulative Update KB4040724 Windows 10 v1703 Build 15063.632
That .reg adds the one key I posted about earlier. I'm curious as to how it went missing - it shouldn't have. Had you done anything that may explain it? Used a registry cleaner, a tweaking tool, or tried installing another AV?
Anyway, glad to hear it's all working now.
PS: system restore can be a bit 'iffy' at times. Better to make a system image. Macrium Reflect get's a lot of recommendations here.
Glad your issue is resolved.
Run SFC Command in Windows 10
If System Restore failed, do a sfc/scannow for corrupt files. You may need System Restore at a later date and/or have corrupt files.
