    Windows 10 Version 1703 Mysterious Watchdog !

So I just upgraded to version 1703 , on rebooting I do get a black screen instead of windows loading logo which start compiling text in console like behavior similar to this :
    # Date # - Phase 0 : starting watch dog initialization
    # Date # - Phase 0 : loading configuration( root kernel, set up)
    # Date # - Phase 0 : pre initialization events
    # Date # - Phase 0 : creating watch dog dynamic key list
    # Date # - Phase 0 : sub systems initialization
    # Date # - Phase 0 : finished
    # Date # - Phase 1 : initialize Components
    # Date # - Phase 1 : starting reactor
    # Date # - Phase 1 : starting components
    # Date # - Phase 1 : starting internal subsystems
    # Date # - Phase 1 : starting command channels
    # Date # - Phase 1 : srm start actions
    # Date # - Phase 1 : starting external subsystems
    # Date # - Phase 1 : finished
which take about 30 second before resuming window load , researching the internet I found these claims on official websites :

Microsoft : That screen is related to AVG antivirus
AVG : If it was related to us we'd print AVG Watch Dog on it , that screen is related to Microsoft's Defender Antivirus
    Forums : It's a Virus !
Tech Forums : Defender and AVG can't go together you have to uninstall one preferably AVG as Defender is better

I have been using AVG for 4+ years now and never had boot doing that , i have tried to disable Defender using these methods : Security System Turn On or Off Windows Defender in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums , but the boot messages still won't go , and before we bash AVG , I have tested both onto few viruses I already collected over time from torrents and MS didn't detect any of which as a threat which is why i am sticking to AVG .

So first , any idea if its fixable ? or safe to leave it that way ?

Also the method mentioned up to shut down Defender Antivirus , while Firewall persist to run , AVG has its own firewall and have always claimed that enabling 2 firewalls at same time may result into non of them to work , so do i have to turn off Defender's firewall as well and if so how ?

You should listen to MS. Download a 15063 ISO using the media creation tool and perform an in place upgrade repair. Turn of all third party AV's first. It should take about 20 minutes.

If you want it fixed you will have to do what I posted unless you have a normal running PC and a start screen?

Well everything is running normal except for these messages poping up at boot as if something is side loading for 30 seconds then everything continues normally so ?

Apparently AVG's support staff (or at least, that one) don't know what they're talking about. Here's another one who acknowledges that it's 'one of theirs' and points the blame at a Logitech wireless keyboard driver, saying...

The permanent solution should be found by Logitech.

You can try removing all AVG products , reboot and see if it is normal. Enable Defender and scan it or you can try to run SCF /SCANNOW from an elevated CMD prompt first.

I posted what I would do, if you choose not to do it then that is your choice. SFC /SCANNOW would find any problems as to turning off Windows Firewall-Google is your friend.:)
