    In my opinion you only need to activate PUA detection for those people less savy about computers security. It becomes too picky for my taste.

    I am very cautious about downloading programs and I keep my system patched regularly. In fact, I only have like 2 programs which I need and that's it.

    CNET,, Softpedia are notoriously are the bad ones here because they tend to bundle all of these toolbars and adware into what's called a stub.

    Softpedia does not bundle anything, I use it as an anti-malware guide. If something is listed there, I trust it.
