Hello noaty, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

Windows Defender settings are in the Windows Defender Security Center now. Clicking on the Open Windows Defender Security Center button in your screenshot will take you to them.

Thanks for your fast reply! Although I can't find the Windows defender security Center page on the App menu as your link in the post shows. But that is definitely the page I need to get to so if there is something I may be doing wrong please let me know. Thanks!

Edit* I would also like to add that I can get to the Windows Defender page but I cannot get to the settings page (Main reason I want to do this is to turn it off and on when I use other anti virus software or want to download a file that may be considered harmful by the software) I've tried all sorts of ways to turn it off but none have worked windows defender keeps on deleting my files. The settings page on this link is where I need to go I'm having trouble getting there. Open Windows Defender Security Center in Windows 10 Windows 10 Security System Tutorials if there are any other ways to access the page that would help me out a ton thanks!

As a test, see if you are able to open Windows Defender Security Center using the shortcut for it from the tutorial below.

I was brought to here (which ive had access to the whole time but my goal is finding the settings tab to turn it off and on) Oh and to mention when I click the settings button on the top right it brings me back to the first picture I posted on this thread Click image for larger version.
