Creators Update..Defender conflict /pc slow boot up

I updated my pc from Windows 10 pro with Anniversary update 1607 to creators update..

Loaded ok ...ran ok...but noticed Windows Defender Security Suite was conflicting with my installed Bullguard Internet Security...the Firewall element part..so i disabled WDSS Firewall part and Bullguard Internet security runs ok now.
WDSS and Bullguard were fighting against each other in terms of resources...is there a way to totally disable WDSS ?

Also, i noticed with creators update the boot up time was longer...it took approx... ( from turning pc on to working desktop ie all system tray icons and relevant program start ups )...3 1/2 minutes.

Prior to creators update my pc booted up faster.

WDSS could be the reason for slow boot up.I have checked Task Manager to see if anything i could end or disable...most services look ok...i am not sure of Microsoft services which could be disabled or not even needed.

Other than the above issues pc runs ok.

Your bootup time is totally ridiculous. My system is a 6 year old laptop and boots in 30 seconds. I would recommend getting rid of the other antivirus and let windows take care of that.

I would also highly suggest that you upgrade to an SSD if you have not done so. It will be like you have a new system - Trust Me!

Same problem here. With the last version, my computer would boot up in under 30 seconds as I am using an SSD. Since I installed the Creators Update, it's taking around 6 minutes. It is also not recognizing my second disk drive even though it is showing up in bios.

Are you and the OP the same person?? It is proper to open your own thread if you want to post and get some help. Please do so,
