Should I be worried if it stays greyed out? It's just a report and not something important, right? Everything else works fine.

Don't worry. Same happened to me, after initial upgrade I had a report, then after first reboot it was greyed out until the next day. It finally got around to doing a scan again, overnight I suppose (always on).

You are right, the green checkmark just showed up for me out of nowhere. I was just a little nervous because prior to the CU I had quite a few problems with Windows. I want everything to work correctly now :)

Although I wouldn't mind a button or something to do a manual scan...

I finally got the green checkmark on device performance and health. I got it right after a reboot from a blue screen for "a reach too far" overclock for not enough voltage.

I guess it just needed to be defibrillated.
