Error Windows Defender

I have these two errors of Windows Defender, on "Protection based on Cloud" and "Automatically send sample files". How can fix ? Thx ^^

Only cloud protection is disable here. This parameter is controlled by a third-party app, only the app will re-enable it. Are you using one?

Before the Creators Update I had turned off via app Windows Defender. What can I do ?

Hmmmmm,
They're greyed out just like mine. I just see Restore firewalls to default in the Firewall & Network page. All settings were ok here after upgrading. I still think an app on your machine does that. I went to see in the old UI, did not see anything to restore them.

What apps have you used ? I was using Skynet Control and DWS

I think I've solved, I edited these keys in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender

On "Spynet":
SubmitSamplesConsent VALUE 1
SpynetReporting VALUE 1

Don't know them and you must uninstall or disable them to recover the parameters. The screenshot is showing the same problem, should be blue? At this stage, my app wouldn't help. You must find what app is disabling (greyed out) the switches.
