Which software to install to secure my laptop ?

    Hello,

I installed on my laptop ( Windows 10 Home) following software :

    - Bitdefender Total Security 2017
    - Iobit Advanced System Care Ultimate 10
    - CCleaner Professional and
    - Malwarebytes Premium.

Is this OK or too much or can one of the above, for example Advanced System Care Ultimate 10, do the job alone or do you have another and better solution to have complete safety on my laptop ?

Thanks in advance for your reaction.
    Best regards.

I would steer clear of those one click fix-it solutions like Advanced System Care.

The others are fine. One I would add is SuperAntiSpyware if you browse the web a lot. You can disable the memory resident aspect and also disable start with windows and use it as on demand.

I would get rid of Iobit and Malwarebytes. All you really need is Bitdefender Total Security.
You can add HitmanPro, it scans computer at every startup, it uses multiple AV engines.
Additionally you can choose between HitmanPro Alert and
    Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.
But as for the ultimate protection, sandbox is the way to go, comodo's or sandboxie.

Your best option is to stick with Win10's Windows Defender.
I heard that security experts do not recommend any third-party AV/Antimalware programs because attackers can compromise systems via an antimalware program in which these programs can have security vulnerabilities themselves as well.
Also, keep your system up to date with security patches and software patches like Java, Flash, and any other plugins.
Also use full disk encryption like BitLocker.
And be very careful not to open links and attachments in emails.

That's pretty much all to it. People tend to load up their systems with tons of security software...
