Download "Disable WD.bat", run it as admin and restart.

Hey i know this is an old thread but i hope you will answer me.
Your batch is wonderful and worked on all windows 10 pro.
I got issues with Home edition of W10 as during the batching process in the service says: access denied.
I've discovered that the drive is encrypted and i don't know how to disable it either if it will be harmful to Windows like the bios will no more recognize the drive and so W10 wont boot.
Please help, all new laptop are configured like that
    Thanks in advance

Windows has the new tamper protection, that has to be disabled first.

Turn On or Off Tamper Protection for Windows Defender Antivirus

That depends whether it is Bitlocker or EFS, but on Home it is most likely EFS.
    Code:
    fsutil behavior set disableencryption 1
    cipher /d /s:C:\
Encrypt Files and Folders with EFS in Windows 10

Turn On or Off BitLocker for Operating System Drive in Windows 10

So encrypted drive doesn't interfere with your batch, only tamper protection for home edition.
May the encryption affects in-games FPS also?
    Thanks for the quick response

It depends, it takes some CPU power, but it should not affect too much, unless it a slow CPU.

This is an old thread but still actual.
    Pastebin is over unfortunately.
Could you post the content of the script right here, please?

In addition to this script I had to use rights elevation to SYSTEM, otherwise there is no access to windows defender registry branch.
Sysinternals Suite gives some help to elevate rights: psexec -i -s cmd.exe
