I have run Malwarebytes/Superantispyware/adw cleaner and have Kaspersky antivir installed but nothing shows up as any nasties.

Try purging and changing DNS as well:

Optionally you can run CMD as admin and enter this puny thing (it eliminates 99% of malware, probably):

I don't see that message using Chrome/Edge/IE so i doubt it's a problem with Lloyds site.

What I would suggest is that you bring your concerns to the attention of you bank, If possible visit a local branch and point out the message and ask them if they can explain things, It could simply be a small piece of Javascript code that they use to perform some internal task, and when finished the browser is asking is it OK to discard it. this is actually the most likely.
The UK banks are controlled by what they can do so they should have no issue with explaining things, You could just ring Customer services, but a personal visit, especially if the place is a little busy, can normally generate a better response.
