    Just browsing the web and a "recommended update" pops up Virus?


    here's what popped up why just browsing the web I just uninstalled my graphics driver yesterday and reinstalled in from Nvidia

    Sure sounds like a virus to me. I would ignore it and do a full virus scan to make sure your PC is clean.
