Just used it. Much more simple interface. Just makes one quick scan. Does not create restore point.

Malwarebytes Junkware Removal Tool ( JRT) is also still available. Wonder if the two will be consolidated ?

I have just downloaded AdwCleaner 6.030 but from usual toolsLib page not Malwarebytes one.

PS - Yes. It says "by Malwarebytes" above. Hadn't noticed it at first.

PS2 - Thanks Cliff by the way for the news. Spot on.

So does this means we don't need to download AdwCleaner tool because AdwCleaner signature already implemented into Malwarebytes Anti Malware or we still need AdwCleaner tool?

You still need to download it, as it is a separate tool.

If you read the link in the original post:
For the near term, AdwCleaner will retain its current name, supplemented by Malwarebytes branding. Malwarebytes is committed to maintaining the mission of the AdwCleaner product and its features. Malwarebytes believes this will aid growing awareness for the Malwarebytes brand in areas of rapid growth within Europe, Asia and additional countries outside of the United States. Malwarebytes will also integrate many of the proprietary techniques and detections into their flagship products.
    They jus acquired it, so....

Just yesterday I combed thru with 6.030 and it came out clean. This morning I run 6.040 and it found 4 funny registry entries which it cleaned up.
Now short history I had with 6.030, it kept on finding 6 ghost entries in registry even after it "Successfully" cleaned them. Had to revert to 5.201 in offline mode to get rid of them.
Oh, another thing, while I was running Adwcleaner, WD also detected those entries but after running scan with WD they were not found any more.
