malware/ trojan attacking browsers

Hi there, to cut a long story short , my sisters toshiba satellite was running very very slow . ;installed adware cleaner and malwarebytes and ran it .... it found many problems . I quarantined them and removed them but they came back ! The browsers have been taken over by searchfinder.com or searching .com ? So now after a week of trying to remove this problem . Folowing all instructions on how to remove from each browser and their short cuts I began using my computer to download tools to try and fix the problem ....; in doing so I have managed to download something with bundled adware onto my toshiba qosmio and I now have problems opening any browser ! Ibhave adwcleaner installed which i have ran many times . This removes all the problems found but they return ? After 2 weeks now I downloaded the windows defender offline tool - onto disc . Ran it . It found a trojan and malware . Removed them . On restarting the problems have not gone away ! I cannot even turn windiws defender on now !!! Driving me crazy,,,, any help would be very appreciative ---- cheers ---Neil

Please download and save FRST 64bit or FRST 32 bit to your Desktop.

Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Make sure that Addition option is checked.
Press Scan button.
It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
Please copy and paste log back .
The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe).

Disable your antivirus prior to the scan!!
Download z o e k . e x e version 5.0.0.0
Save the file to your desktop.
Right click Zoek.exe and run as administrator.
Copy and the items below and paste them into Zoek.

emptyclsid;
emptyalltemp;
ipconfig /flushdns;b
ResetHosts;
iedefaults;
autoclean;
chrdefaults;
ffdefaults;
reset chrome;
resetieproxy;

Now hit the run script button.
The log will appear after a reboot, also you can find it on the C: drive.
Post the log in your next reply.

Download the eScanAV Anti-Virus Toolkit (MWAV)

Save the file to your desktop.
Right click run as administrator.
A new icon will appear on your desktop.
Right click run as administrator on new icon.
Click on the update tab.

Once you have updated the program, make sure the settings are the same as the picture below.

Once you have made sure the settings match the picture, hit the Scan & Clean button.
Upon scan completion, click View Log.

Copy and paste entire log into your next reply.
Note: Reboot if needed to remove infections.

Step 4: Adware Removal Tool.

Download Adware removal tool to your desktop, right click the icon and select Run as Administrator.



Hit Ok.



Hit next make sure to leave all items checked, for removal.



The Program will close all open programs to complete the removal, so save any work and hit OK. Then hit OK after the removal process is complete, then OK again to finish up. Post log generated by tool.

Thanks for the reply. Im now having to use a tablet to reply as all my browsers are now not working on my toshiba qosmio !

Oh wait on, I have managed to get firefox to work.its taking a while to open though.chrome and ie wont work...

Hit a bit of a stumbling block. Ive managed to download the eScan AV toolkit and ran the scan but there was no scan spyware option like in the picture ?

I ran the scan and saved the log but after restarting thr system after the scan I can no longer get online ?

I opened task manager and did what you recommended but I have now plugged the router back in and restarted but no browser is letting me get back onto windows 10 forum

I have internet explorer , moz. Firefox and chrome - none of them are working now
