    Hi.
Happy to help if I can.
Please perform the following in this order:

    Uninstall ReImage

    Uninstall PCacceleratePro

    Turn Fast Startup OFF.
Fast Startup - Turn On or Off in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    Reboot the machine.

    Run RKILL
    - post the log
    Run ADWCleaner SCAN then CLEAN
It will need to reboot the system.
    - post the log (found at C:\AdwCleaner\adwcleaner[C1].txt)
    Run RILL again
    Run TDSSKiller
Check all the boxes. It will need to reboot to properly run the scan.
    - post the log
    Run JRT
    - post the log

Run Malwarebytes Antimalware Free Custom Scan. Be sure to check the box to check for rootkits; run a full scan of all drives connected to the computer.
    - post the log

    Run SuperAntiSpyware Free
    - if it finds anything other than cookies, please post the log.

Install Ccleaner Free. Run it on your registry, checking all boxes EXCEPT Help Files.
    - Clean everything it finds, making a backup first (it will prompt you to back up the changes it will make).

    Run System File Checker.
SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
If you cannot get the result "no integrity violations found", please follow the instructions to grab a log in Option #5 and post it here.

Note: all tools mentioned here are free.
Log files can be posted using the CODE tag (# sign in toolbox), to keep the thread from getting too lengthy.

Your log files will determine next steps. Thanks.

I've used the free version of Malwarebytes for several years. Then I spent the money and bought the Pro version. Scanning with the free version is manual. The pro version protects in real time. Between the Pro version and Kaspersky Internet Security, I haven't gotten any infection in a few years. I have ended up with PUPs though, mostly my fault for not paying attention.
I have Malwarebytes on the computer, likely the free version. I'll have to start running it.

Just a quick note: sorry I'm late getting back here, work seems to be occupying too much of my time. I don't know that I currently have Malware or virus issues, but I want to find a good program to prevent them. It doesn't have to be a free one. I haven't noticed any unusual behavior by my computer, other than trouble loading certain websites.

My other issue seems to be registry problems, but I don't know if they are real or not, since the program finding them is a problem in itself. But I would like to find a general repair program if one exists.

Hard to say without more detail, but that could be a sign of problems. I suggest you follow my steps in post #11, to get your system in tip top shape.

The program you are referring to should be ignored. Ccleaner is the ONLY program I would EVER run on a registry, ever.
