Windows Debug password file
Hello. I'm new here.
The PSSWD file in Windows>debug keeps acting like it's trying to change my password every time I log in. It looks like this :
08/26 11:00:08 Attempting password change server/domain DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Administrator
08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Administrator returned 0x0
08/26 11:00:08 Attempting password change server/domain DESKTOP-147RUQC for user DefaultAccount
08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user DefaultAccount returned 0x0
08/26 11:00:08 Attempting password change server/domain DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Guest
08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Guest returned 0xc0000022
08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 retry on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Guest returned 0xc0000022
08/26 11:00:08 Attempting password change server/domain DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Jason

08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 retry on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user Jason returned 0xc000a089
08/26 11:00:08 Attempting password change server/domain DESKTOP-147RUQC for user WDAGUtilityAccount
08/26 11:00:08 SamChangePasswordUser2 on machine DESKTOP-147RUQC for user WDAGUtilityAccount returned 0xc000006a
The only reason I looked in there is because BitDefender free kept finding the same virus in the windows>debug folder on both my desktop and new laptop. Something called ' trojan.zmutzy.pante ' and it would quarantine it each time, but it kept popping up.
I got a trial of BitDefender Total Security hat doesn't find it at all. I just wanted to make sure I was safe.
Thank you all for your time.

Nobody? I may do a complete system restore on both machines. I just wish I knew how I got that virus in the first place; and on both.

Well if anyone was wondering. I uninstalled Bitdefender and it stopped doing that. Now that PSSWRD file is blank like on the other computers I looked at. It may be a feature of Bitdefender that tests to see if the system is secure, but until I know for sure, I will use something else.
