How to disable or remove Ad Choices

Ran my first scan. This is what i got. Am going to surf around and see if Ad Choices appear again. Crossing my fingers....

I had no idea i was to do all of them. Just thought they were choices ...pick one. I did ADWCleaner, and Malwarebytes Antimalware Free. Sorry , I must have misunderstood. Do I still need the rest installed?????

I ran Malwarebytes and it found nothing. It is expired but ran anyway.
