    Norton Security not working

    Hello all,
Recently I installed norton security and it made my ati drivers crash.
I had to uninstall norton in order to get the drivers to work.

So is there any other antivirus out there that is compatible with win 10 and wont make my drivers crash?

Avast antivirus free edition works perfectly with Win 10 and Catalyst drivers for me.

I am reverting back to windows 8.1.
Windows 10 is unstable and the ati drivers keep on crashing. Fed up with it really

How did you install Win10, what build did you try out?? And keep in mind that Norton and other AV makers have not yet certified a copy of their tool for WIn10 yet, I would just stick with Defender until the RTM of Win10 comes out. That or Avast .. while not certified it does work.

Exactly but it also scores best on(only on) no false positives, which
    1. can wreck your system
    2. can detect & destroy the AV itself like Avira
    3. can render falsely detected software inoperable

If you are a careful user you don't need a "Complete AV Solution" just a simple AV running real time is enough. Like Bit Defender free. Most(not all) browsers have their own safety features and the same for Email clients, any extra protection can cause conflicts. An AV with a system/cookie cleaner is also useless, just use Ccleaner.
