    I find secure boot to be more than an annoyance for us geeks or IT guys. And I am pretty sure the common user doesn't even acknowledge its presence.

    Tin Foil Click Bait! You need physical access OR admin rights(using something like Team Viewer:
    it would allow anyone with physical access to a Windows device, or admin rights, to bypass Secure Boot.
