Its called Windows Defender. You can find it by typing its name in the search box. The program's settings are in the Settings App.

If you have another Antivirus installed and working Windows Defender will not turn on it will be greyed out.
If you have no other Antivirus it should come on after it is downloaded and installed.
How you can turn it on is
    Right Click the Start Button
    Then Control Panel
Then go to Windows Defender and turn it on there also windows Firewall
Once it has installed just let it scan and update itself.
I now use it and find it does the job better than the third party one I had
    Hope that helps you

Well lets put it this way I have removed all 3rd Party Antivirus on all the systems we have and installed Defender on all of them and have not had one problem.
Just keep it updated and let it do its job scanning and you should find it not letting anything though

The Defender should be all you need. I only use it and haven't had any issues so far.

Defender should be enough if you surf smart, and if you don't download things from unsafe sites (Torrents, cracks etc. ). If you have a particularly good computer, then a combination of Defender + Windows Firewall + Malwarebytes Pro + Anti Exploit is all you would need for day to day internet usage. :)
