When you click on image you can see as far as the clock but there's nothing further right than that.

@Lizzy ... If you do the JRT as homework, you will need to Reboot after because it will kill a lot of programs while it is cleaning. That's normal. Also, it is NOT a real pretty user interface, it looks like it's running in a Command Prompt Window. That's normal. The log file will be created on your desktop. That's what you post. It's hard to post the contents of a command window. We just need the log.

Get some sleep and we'll see ya tomorrow (ours) which is your today (now). I see you got your time zone fixed!

    Night-night....TC

    JRT Log.txtHi TC,
Homework is done! I noticed DriverToolkit program was uninstalled both by JRT and ADWCleaner. Is it a risky program to have installed?
    See you later.

Morning (afternoon), Lizzy! Your JRT looks good! You do good with your homework! Give @simrick a chance to go over all the logs you've posted so far. She may have something else to check.

Next time you run MBAM (which should be at least 2-3 times a week), don't attach the Touro drive. It will run much, much faster. I'll show you later how to exclude folders from the scan.

Get your backup done when you get a chance. The way we have it set up, it will retain 12 complete image backups before it deletes the earliest one. That's a lot! You can try it with your docking station, but no guarantees. Make sure it still is the "E" drive if you do. Be prepared to put it all back the way it was if the docking station doesn't work out.

Just for your info, in about 1 month, Microsoft is coming out with a major update to Windows 10 called the Anniversary Edition. You will get that automatically. Between now and then, use your machine the way you see fit, but don't do anything wild. If in doubt, ask first.

It's a Holiday Weekend around here, so people will be on and off. If you have any problems with anything we've done so far, best to PM. Most likely to see your message that way.

DriverToolkit? Generally, any third party program that claims to scan for drivers and keep you up to date is Snake Oil! Driver Toolkit a scam? - Windows - How-To Geek Discussion

Thanks for those logs. I'm happy to see all that stuff gone. It looks good to me. If you have any "popups" in any of your browsers, you'll need to reset them, but from what I see, you should be fine. :)

    EDIT:
One more thing I might add on the MBAM scans for future:
You can run the Threat Scan (the Scan Now button when you first open MBAM), which is fast, instead of the Custom Scan. If anything is found in the Threat Scan, then you might want to do the full Custom scan.

Just a little bit on the Speccy info:

This Driver Toolkit Scheduler might be gone now, as Speccy was run before the other scans. You can verify it's gone using the Scheduled Tasks of Ccleaner>Tools>Startup

Not sure why I'm seeing all these strange dates in the HotFixes list?
I would make sure Defender shows it's definitions are up-to-date now, and Windows Update is working properly.

That's all I see in the Speccy file. :)
