What extra software do I need with Windows 10

These are all sample screens from my computer, the drives and data will be different on yours. Process is the same.


Here are the steps to setup the backup commands. Do them first and let me know when done. Then we will start the actual backup. Open the shortcut on your desktop that Macrium created, you'll see this. Click the option to create the image.



Make sure these boxes are checked. Click on the little search symbol to look for your Touro drive.


Find the folder you made on Touro for the backups and select it.



Click Advanced Options and Verify, check the box to Verify the Image.



Click Next.



Click Finish.



UN-check the run now box and check the save definition....call it anything you like.

Lizzy, when you get back, two quick things before backup.

1. Look at the slot on your laptop where you plug in the Touro drive and tell me what color you see. Is it Black or Blue?

2. Attach your Touro drive. Right click the Start Button (bottom left), click Disk Management, expand the display full screen, take a screenshot and post it, please. It will look similar to this. This is my computer, so the names and size and stuff will be different, but the display will be similar.
