    I'm very vigilant now! In the past I was probably less so. That's why I think the usb ports in the docking station are not quite right cause when I try to eject I get a message saying windows is unable to eject. But otherwise I can open and read files. So I still connect directly to my laptop.

    Be sure the Reimage program is not on the Touro. Remove it with Revo with Advanced checked.

    This should take only a couple of minutes.

    I'm pretty sure it's not as I did't have the Touro connected when they took over my machine, but I can check. Can I delete the Tools1 file that they put on my PC which I transferred over to the Touro?
