In cc cleaner should everything be ticked in Windows and Applications. I'm never sure.

That's fine for now. Under Advanced, make sure NOTHING is checked. Remember to run the Registry part twice.

Lizzy, after you run CCLeaner successfully, I want you to reboot your computer. Only to make sure you can without any hiccups.

Good! Lizzy, I have not forgotten your LastPass issue, honest.

Ok, here we go to get back a nice big chunk of your drive.

Right click the Start Button and click Command Prompt (Admin).

Copy this command and paste it into the command window. EXACTLY as shown.....

    %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535

    Press enter.

You will get a screen like this:

What extra software do I need with Windows 10-2016-06-28_10h14_56.png

Check every box in the display. ALL of them. Scroll up and down to make sure you have them all.

Click OK. A display will come up saying it is calculating, you will get a warning message about previous installations, answer YES you want to. DO NOT close the command window yet. It will start cleaning up and you will see flashing and disappearing little boxes in the taskbar. Wait until all the flashing boxes have stopped. It will be 2-3 minutes, at least. Then you can close the command window. Go to MY PC and check your space. Tell us what it is. OK?
